Grapefruit Cream Soda Syrup

Grapefruit soda is a staple in most restaurants, cantinas and convenience stores. Extremely refreshing, it also makes up the base for Mexico’s most popular tequila drink: the Paloma. Just put an ounce (or two) of tequila and some ice in a glass and then top it up with grapefruit soda and you have a perfect summer drink.

Try a Speed Craft Paloma:
1.5 (or 2) ounces of Silver Tequila
.75 ounce Speed Craft Grapefruit Cream Soda Syrup
3.75 ounces Soda Water

Build this in an ice filled highball glass and enjoy!

Halfway around the world, Austrians blend beer and grapefruit soda to make a radler – a beer shandy designed for bike riders so they don’t get so tipsy at the beer garden that they can’t ride safely home!

Our preferred Radler:
10 ounces Kolsch beer, mild Pilsner, light lager or even your favorite lawnmower beer!
5 ounces Soda Water
1 oz Speed Craft Grapefruit Cream Soda Syrup

Add the syrup, then the soda water and then the beer into a pint glass. Give a quick stir to combine. Prost!
